Mark joined the Office of the Auditor-General in November 2010. He is responsible for the Education and Primary Production sectors.
Before joining the Office of the Auditor-General, he was Private Secretary (Defence) in the Office of Hon Dr Wayne Mapp. He has held senior policy roles in the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Economic Development, and is a former lecturer in Political Studies at the International Pacific College and the University of Waikato. He also has a background in biological science.
