Marcus Jackson.

Marcus joined the Office of the Auditor-General in December 2010. He is Assistant Auditor-General (Acting) of the Research and Development team.

Before joining the Office of the Auditor-General, Marcus worked in the Commercial Operations team at the New Zealand Treasury. Marcus started his career as a registered valuer, worked for Ernst & Young in its Corporate Finance team, and spent four years with the UK government’s Shareholder Executive, a team responsible for managing the UK government's financial interest in a range of state-owned businesses.

Marcus is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), a member of the UK Society of Investment Professionals (UKSIP), and a senior member of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers.
